Annually Hear Indiana hosts an educational conference, where well-renowned researchers, clinicians, teachers, parents, and deaf and hard of hearing adults are invited to speak on a topic pertinent to the field of auditory oral/verbal education. The conference provides up-to-date information to professionals, parents, and adults with hearing loss regarding the newest hearing technologies and current strategies for spoken language development in children with hearing loss. New this year: Two sessions will be focused on disability rights.
