• Adults on disability (e.g., TANF or SSI) and parents of children who are on free or reduced lunch, pay only $10! Print registration form (which will be posted shortly) and mail proof of disability or proof of reduced lunch with your registration to receive this special rate.
• If you are traveling more than 130 miles round-trip, you may apply for travel and lodging reimbursement if you can demonstrate need. Please email your request for travel support to info@hearindiana.org. Requests must be received by Oct. 15, 2010.

• Hear Indiana membership is completed through our parent association: AG Bell. To receive the member discount ($20 off), AG Bell membership status must be active and in good standing. During registration enter Discount Code AGBELL2010.  If membership cannot be confirmed, additional fees will be collected at check-in on October 29, 2010.

• Certificate of attendance is available for only $1. Approval for ASHA and LSLS CEUs are pending. ASHA CEUs and LSLS CEUs will each be $10.
  

Hear Indiana has secured special rates at the Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis -Northeast Fishers ($89) and Hotel Indigo Indy's Uptown ($79) in Fishers, IN. Both hotels are directly adjacent to the conference location.
